Your emails reach their destination
With an authenticated domain name, your quotes and invoices are recognized and land in spam less often.
IT for small businesses
Emails that arrive instead of landing in spam, professional addresses, and well-configured accounts. My name is Tristan Tacule, and from La Louvière, I handle the IT basics for small businesses remotely, anywhere in Belgium.
Remote · secure email: €79 excl. VAT per domain · free quote, with no obligation.
For your business
A few settings, done once and done right, save you a lot of trouble.
With an authenticated domain name, your quotes and invoices are recognized and land in spam less often.
Without a published policy, anyone can send email pretending to be you. DMARC tells mail providers what to do with it.
An address on your own domain name builds trust, and it stays yours if you switch providers.
Managed from an admin account in your name: when someone leaves, their emails and files stay with you.
Examples
Common situations and how they’re solved. These are typical examples, not client references.
Its payment reminders land in its clients’ spam folders.
Solution SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for its domain, a test send, then a review of the reports.
The office and the site managers send email from personal Gmail addresses.
Solution Microsoft 365, a company address for everyone, and Outlook on each computer and phone.
The manager wants professional addresses from opening day.
Solution Google Workspace, one mailbox per person, contact@ and invoices@ aliases, and the domain’s DNS settings.
Access changes hands with every new board.
Solution Accounts in the nonprofit’s name, and remote troubleshooting when a volunteer gets stuck.
How it works
These three settings are added to your domain name’s DNS zone, the directory that tells the internet where your website and email live.
I start DMARC in monitoring mode: nothing is blocked, we check the reports to confirm all your legitimate email gets through, then I tighten the policy to filter out fake emails.
Accounts, mailboxes, aliases, and DNS settings on your domain name, then remote setup. The license is paid directly to Microsoft or Google: I don’t resell it.
A mailbox that stops receiving email, a lost password: I fix the problem over a video call, with screen sharing. Billed for the time spent, no subscription.

Experience
I’m a web developer, and everything around a website is part of my everyday work: I set up email sending with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, I’ve created Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace accounts, and I manage servers (Proxmox, pfSense, Cloudflare, Hostinger).
One point of contact, who explains each step and leaves you the access.

Often because your domain name doesn’t prove that your emails really come from you. Since February 2024, Gmail and Yahoo have required senders to authenticate with SPF or DKIM, and bulk senders must also publish a DMARC policy: otherwise, a message may land in spam or even be rejected. Content matters too: no setting can guarantee delivery to the inbox.
Both give you email on your domain name, a calendar, shared files, and video calls. Microsoft 365 is a good fit if your team uses Word, Excel, and Outlook; Google Workspace, if you prefer Gmail and working in the browser. The license is paid directly to the vendor; setup costs €39 excl. VAT per user either way.
No, if your address is already on your own domain name: it stays the same, and your old emails can be copied to the new mailbox, priced on quote. If you use a Gmail, Hotmail, or internet provider address, you need a domain name in your name; keep the old address while you let your contacts know.
No: everything is done remotely, anywhere in Belgium. Settings and accounts don’t require any travel, and setup on your computer and phone is done with you over a video call (Google Meet). Network or hardware needs are looked at case by case, priced on quote.
Yes, priced on quote. With Microsoft and Google alike, an item deleted by mistake can only be recovered for a limited time. I set up a backup suited to your tools and test a restore, at the support rate (€50 excl. VAT per hour); the subscription for any backup tool is in your name.
