Technologies
I’m a full-stack PHP developer. On the server side, your applications run on PHP, with the Laravel framework, and a MySQL database; in the browser, on JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (with Tailwind CSS). These open, widely used technologies power a large part of the web: your application doesn’t depend on a subscription to a closed platform, or on a single provider.
The code is tracked with Git, so every change is recorded and can be retrieved. The interface is mobile-friendly and designed to load fast, on desktops and smartphones alike.
Your content and your domain name belong to you. Ownership terms for the application and its code (including licenses for third-party components) are specified in the quote. If you ever switch providers, I’ll hand over the access you need.
Budget
Every application is priced on quote, free of charge and before you commit to anything. Here’s what affects the price, plus a few benchmarks to help you gauge your budget.
In the quote form, you can give an estimated budget: it helps me suggest the best-suited solution, even if that means planning a first version, followed by updates.
Prices exclude VAT. My services are billed through Productions Associées asbl (VAT BE 0896.755.397).

VAT, or build it with WordPress (the more affordable alternative), starting at €1,099 excl. VAT. A custom web application becomes necessary when your site has to follow rules specific to your business (availability, rates, customer accounts, inventory, payments), or when piling on plugins makes a site heavy and fragile. On the discovery call, we choose the right solution for your project and your budget together.
The price depends on the features: types of users, booking, online payments, a client portal, an admin interface, and connections to your tools. It’s set in a free, detailed quote, before you commit to anything. An application generally takes more work than a custom-coded business website, which starts at €1,599 excl. VAT.
The timeline is set in the quote, depending on the project: it’s driven by the number of features and by how soon your content is available. Starting with the essential features lets you launch a first version sooner.

That’s often the whole point of going custom. My projects include online payments (parking reservations, a marketplace) and appointment booking that adds the event to Google Calendar with a Google Meet link: the one on this site. For any other tool, we check together what it allows during the discovery call, and the chosen solution is written into the quote.
Onboarding, for you or your team, is planned and priced in the quote. After that, I can handle maintenance and updates: €50 excl. VAT per hour for one-off work, or a €500 excl. VAT annual plan for regular upkeep, with its scope specified in the quote.
