How an n8n automation works
n8n, the core tool
I build most automations with n8n, professional software that connects applications to each other. They run on my server: you have nothing to install.
Custom code when n8n isn’t enough
For complex processing, or a tool with no access built for automation, I write custom code (PHP or Python), connect two applications with a webhook, or program a bot that retrieves an export.
An AI step, when it helps
A step can also use artificial intelligence, to sort emails or read an invoice: that’s AI integration.

Monthly care plan

These services are for businesses (companies, self-employed professionals, nonprofits). Each package includes one round of adjustments after delivery and 30 days of fixes. Anything beyond that, or outside the scope, is quoted at €50 excl. VAT per hour. Third-party costs (AI usage, licenses) are in your name and billed to you directly by those services.
Prices exclude VAT. My services are billed through Productions Associées asbl (VAT BE 0896.755.397).
Monthly care plan
The monthly care plan for your automations
Monthly care plan: €29 excl. VAT per month per client, cancel any month. All your automations, AI, and chatbot run on my server for that one price; I monitor them, fix them if a connected service changes, and handle small tweaks.
Since I process data on your behalf, a data processing agreement (Article 28 of the GDPR) is signed with every client. Already have your own server? Everything can be installed there, priced on quote.
This plan doesn’t replace website maintenance, which covers your site’s updates and security.

What is n8n, and do I need to install anything?
n8n is software that connects applications to each other: when something happens (an email arrives, an order comes in), it runs the planned steps. You have nothing to install: your automations run on my server, included in the monthly care plan, and you get the results in your usual tools, without access to n8n.
Which tools can you connect?
Most online tools that exchange data (through an API or webhooks): Gmail, Outlook, Google Sheets, Excel online, your website’s forms, a CRM like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Teamleader, or Odoo, an online store, invoicing software. For a closed tool, a bot can sometimes process an export. We check your tools before the quote.
What happens if one of my tools changes?
If an automation fails because a service changed, an email alert notifies me, and the fix is included in the monthly care plan. If you replace a tool yourself (a different CRM, for example), the changes to the automation are priced in a quote up front.
What happens if I stop the monthly care plan?
You can cancel the plan any month. Your automations run on my server, so they stop when the plan ends. If you have your own server, I can install them there, n8n included, priced on quote.
n8n or custom code: how do you choose?
n8n fits most cases: connecting tools, copying data, sending messages. Custom code (PHP or Python) takes over for complex processing or a tool with no access built for automation. The package covers either one, and the quote explains the choice.
