Is your site down? Repairs priced on quote
A blank page, an error message, a site that won’t load, or a form that no longer sends anything: get in touch, and I’ll find out what’s going on and propose a solution, along with its cost.
In the meantime, here’s what to do
- Write down what you see The exact error message, the affected page, when it started, and what changed just before: an update, a new plugin, an edit.
- Check your hosting and domain name An unpaid hosting bill or an expired domain name is all it takes to make a site unreachable.
- Avoid trial and error Deleting or reinstalling plugins blindly can make things worse and erase useful clues.
- Gather your access details Hosting, site admin, domain name: with this access, tracking down the problem goes faster.

Is maintenance required?
No. You’re free to maintain your site yourself: training on how to use it is included when I build a site. Maintenance is for those who prefer to leave updates, backups, and security to a professional.
Are hosting and the domain name included in maintenance?
They’re two separate things. For the sites I build, hosting and the domain name are included for the first year; after that, they renew every year so your site stays online, and the renewal price is stated in the quote.
