Booking takes just a few minutes. Here’s what happens next, step by step.

What will we talk about on the call?

A practical conversation to clarify your website project, even if it’s still just an idea.

  • Your business and your goals: what your website needs to do for you, whether that’s quote requests, phone calls, bookings, or online sales.
  • The right solution: a custom-coded business website, an online store, custom web development, or a redesign of your current website.
  • Your budget: expect prices starting at €1,599 excl. VAT for a custom-coded business website, €1,099 excl. VAT for a WordPress business website (the more affordable alternative), and €2,700 excl. VAT for an online store (see the full pricing).
  • Timelines: typically, allow 2–3 weeks for a custom-coded business website, 1–2 weeks for a WordPress business website, and 3–4 weeks for an online store. For a custom web application, the timeline is set in the quote, depending on the project.
  • Your content: text, photos, and logo, both what you already have and what still needs to be planned.
  • What comes next: hosting and a domain name, included for the first year, training on how to use your site, and, if you’d like, maintenance.

How to prepare for the call

Nothing is required, but these make the conversation more concrete:

  • The address of your current website, if you have one
  • Two or three websites you like, in your industry or elsewhere
  • Your logo, text, and photos, if you already have them
  • A rough idea of your budget and of when you’d like to go live

Is the discovery call really free?

Yes. The discovery call is free, with no obligation: its purpose is to understand your project and recommend the solution that best fits your business. If you’d like to go further, you’ll then receive a clear quote showing what’s included, the price excluding VAT, and the timeline. Nothing starts without your approval.

How long is the call, and how does it work?

The discovery call lasts 30 minutes. It takes place by video call on Google Meet: the link is in your confirmation email and in the Google Calendar invitation. At the scheduled time, just click the link, from a computer or a smartphone. If your project calls for a deeper discussion, we’ll then schedule a second, longer meeting together.

How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Can’t make it? Just reply to the confirmation email or call +32 456 96 02 13 to cancel your appointment or arrange another time.

What if no time slot works for me, or I’d rather talk by phone?

Online appointments take place Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Brussels time), and must be booked at least 4 hours in advance. Outside these times, or if you’d rather talk by phone, call me at +32 456 96 02 13 (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.), message me on WhatsApp, or email [email protected].
